ABOUT THE SOUTHERN AMUSEMENT & ENTERTAINMENT EXPO
The Southern Amusement and Entertainment Expo (SAEE) is the leading coin-op trade show in the Southeastern United States. Set in beautiful Duluth, Georgia, the brand-new Gas South Convention Center is a cutting-edge facility that promotes new product launches for our attendees and record sales for our exhibitors. The convention center is surrounded by first-in-class restaurants and accommodations that are perfect for your next business meeting or social gathering.
Founded by the Georgia Amusement & Music Operators Association (GAMOA) in 2018, the Southern Amusement and Entertainment Expo began as a way for industry leaders to come together and share ideas to improve and advance the amusement industry. Today the SAEE is co-hosted by GAMOA and the North Carolina Coin Operators Association (NCCOA) and welcomes more than 60 exhibitors and 300 attendees for two days of information and innovation. Cutting Edge Award
The Cutting Edge Award recognizes a manufacturer for outstanding product innovation. Recipients are selected by a five-member committee consisting of an operator, operations managers, and technicians.
To be eligible, the product must be designated for field use and available within the Southeast market by August 19, 2026.
Applications may be submitted via email or delivered in person to Terri Spivey or a member of the team on-site no later than 10:00 AM on August 19. Following submission, the committee will visit your booth that morning, providing an opportunity for a brief product demonstration and to answer any questions.
Silent & Live Auctions (GAMOA Fundraiser)
Our Silent and Live Auctions are among our most impactful fundraisers supporting GAMOA, and we greatly appreciate your participation.
* Items valued under $1,000 will be featured in the Silent Auction
* Items valued at $1,000 or more will be showcased in the Live Auction, held after the GAMOA Awards Banquet on Wednesday evening
To make donating easy, an Amazon Wish List with suggested items is available on the donation form. You are also welcome to contribute any item of your choice. Premium liquors and wines are always popular and perform very well.
For those traveling, several nearby stores are available, so there is no need to travel with bottles. Regardless of your donation type, please complete the donation form to ensure your contribution is properly displayed and recognized.
Electricity & Wi-Fi
The venue provides complimentary Wi-Fi; however, it may not be reliable for equipment use. If a stable connection is required, we recommend purchasing a dedicated service.
We also recommend reserving electricity for Monday to ensure it is installed before Tuesday setup begins. If you require a specific electrical layout, please provide your booth diagram in advance so it can be coordinated with Gas South.
Hotel Reservations
Please make your room reservations as soon as possible. Rates cannot be guaranteed after July 31.
Booth Information & Services
Each booth includes:
* One 6-foot draped table
* Two chairs
* One wastebasket
If you require additional items such as carpet or upgraded furnishings, please complete the Cherry Convention Services form and submit it directly to them.
You may also ship materials to Cherry Convention Services for delivery to your booth. Please note that they do not provide booth setup services.
